Daniel Koehn is a professor of tectonics, originally from Germany. He moved to Scotland years before the Brexit referendum and loved it, despite having a hard time understanding people because of their accents.

 But recently, he and his family decided to move back to his home country because of the divorce deal – and the uncertainty around their life in the UK. And he might not be alone.
